"I love making people feel like the best version of themselves!
Helping people to perform at their best is my life's ambition."
Medical massage therapy is another approach to using therapeutic manipulation in order to affect positive changes in the body. Just like in the more traditional massage therapy that we know here in the US, medical massage uses a wide array of techniques to work with restrictions, painful points or otherwise imbalanced areas of concern. Jennifer uses a variety of modalities, such as Swedish massage, therapeutic deep tissue work, trigger point therapy & myofascial release to help her clients. She has a background in the medical world & has a well rounded knowledge of how to approach & treat many different physical concerns. Jennifer graduated from the IHSI Institute of Massage in Plainwell, MI.

Jess has experience working in machining and other blue collar careers, and she understands how it feels to be in a body that works hard. She brings that first-hand life experience with her, and it inspires her desire to help others find balance and ease in their day-to-day, "I'm here to help you simply relax, even when it's not so simple."

He is excellent at relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue modalities and spa services, combining his strength and skills to create therapeutic sessions that offer relief and remove restrictions in the body. His focus is on recovery and on changing the stress patterns of the body, especially with deep tissue work. Keegan also is skilled at relieving the joint dysfunction and pain associated with TMJ issues.
Jenna Linton, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jenna studied massage and bodywork at the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts and graduated in July 2023. During her studies, Jenna developed an integrative approach to massage therapy where each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. Using Swedish, myofascial, and acupressure techniques, Jenna's practice is relaxation-focused to assist her clients in finding stress and tension relief. She strongly believes that everybody could benefit from finding time for rest and connection, and massage therapy is a wonderful way to achieve that. In the future, Jenna will be delving deeper into craniosacral techniques and expanding her knowledge and skills in prenatal bodywork.

JG Luitje, Licensed Massage Therapist
JG has been closely tied with movement from an early age, eventually getting their BA in dance from WMU.
In studying dance, they cultivated a deep, first-hand knowledge of physical self care, and they have augmented this background with their massage therapy training from Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, MI.
JG focuses on the whole body, it's function and movement capability, as an entire unit. They use slow and specific, intentional bodywork modalities to affect change and relaxation in the tissues and joints, often incorporating myofascial release, passive range of motion and therapeutic techniques involving client participation. This style of work makes their massage accessible to all ages and types of clients, as it works gently yet profoundly with the client's nervous system and muscle tissues.
